Malik Taj Najm al-Saltanah writes to her brother, ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, about the government of Ardabil, Nazm al-Saltanah, and ʻAyn al-Dawlah. ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma’s response is written on the margins. The envelope has the seal of Najm al-Saltanah’s husband, Mirza Fazl Allah Khan Vakil al-Mulk.
