Mirza Yahya Khan Muʻtamad al-Mulk (Mushir al-Dawlah)
Mirza Yahya Khan Qazvini Kishikchi Bashi (Mushir al-Dawlah) was son of Mirza Nabi Khan Amir Divan, brother of Mirza Husayn Khan Sipahsalar, and the fourth husband of Malik Zadah Khanum ‘Izzat al-Dawlah; their children: Afsar al-Saltanah and Husayn Khan Muʻtamad al-Mulk
He held many key posts, including in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and government of Iraq, Kamrah, Luristan, and Fars. He received the title of Mu‘tamad al-Mulk in 1867 or 1868 and in 1872 or 1873 was appointed as the king's Kishikchi Bashi. After his brother's death in 1881 or 1882, he received the title of Mushir al-Dawlah and became the Minister of Justice; his other titles were Ajudan-i Makhsus, Vazir Makhsus, and Jinab Ashraf
