Letter from Mahd-i ‘Ulya to Mu‘tamad al-Mulk, 1872 or 1873
Includes greetings and discusses the visit by Sadr-i A‘zam (premier) and princes, who brought news of Nasir al-Din Shah’s health. She also mentions ‘Izzat al-Dawlah’s well-being despite her sadness. Mahd-i ‘Ulya informs the addressee about sending two boxes of sour cherries from their garden.
