Petition on the letterhead of the Majlis signed by some of Muzaffar al-Din Shah’s inheritors: Aqdas al-Dawlah, Qamar al-Saltanah, ‘Izzat al-Dawlah, Fakhr al-Dawlah, Shukuh al-Dawlah, Aqdas al-Saltanah, Anvar al-Dawlah, A‘zam al-Dawlah, and Nur al-Saltanah. They complain about the confiscation of some property by the government. According to the signatories, these properties were partly the personal belongings of Muzaffar al-Din Shah that he had purchased when he was the Crown Prince in Azerbaijan and partly the properties he inherited from his mother, Shukuh al-Dawlah, and her maternal uncle, Nusrat al-Saltanah (dated 19 February, 1922.); a letter by Mirza Hasan Khan Mu’taman al-Mulk (Speaker of the Majlis) addressed to the Prime Minister [Riza Khan Sardar Sipah] regarding the complaint by Muzaffar al-Din Shah’s daughters about the properties of Azerbaijan (24 February, 1922); letter on the letterhead of the Prime Minister, addressed to the Ministry of Finance, stating that the petition of daughters of Muzaffar al-Din Shah regarding the properties in Azerbaijan has been attached to the letter and requesting that the Ministry of Finance’s opinion be sent to Majlis (26 February, 1922).
