Documents regarding guardianship of Banu-yi Ashraf's children
Documents regarding guardianship of Banu-yi Ashraf’s children after the death of her husband, Musa Khan Ashraf al-Mulk. The first document is a letter by Muhsin al-Husayni, granting the guardianship of Musa Ashrafi, who was born after his father’s death, to Banu-yi Ashraf, dated 21 March 1924. The second document is a request by Banu-yi Ashraf for verification of her dual guardianship of her children with Fatimah Khanum, mother of Ashraf al-Mulk, and the confirmation by Muhsin al-Muhsini, dated 15 July 1929.
