Discusses the inability of peasants from Yaftabad to pay two thousand and two hundred tumans for rent, ʻIzzat al-Saltanah’s visit to Yaftabad and the meeting with the peasants to discuss the rent, and the peasants being able to afford paying only five hundred for the rent
