Letter signed by Muhammad Baqir al-Musavi Tabrizi, dated September or October, 1925; regarding Siqqat al-Saltanah’s appointment to governorship of Urumiyah; asks the addressee to either come to Tehran and go with the writer, or leave later by himself; recommends that he come along, as Azarbayjan is his home and is better than Khurasan.
