Division and settlements of Asiyah Sultan's inheritance, 1927

The properties of Asiyah Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Shaykh Abu Turab (Imam Jum‘ah of Fars) and the wife of the late Mulla ‘Ali Akbar, which she inherited from her father, were divided after her death: Kayvan Sultan, her daughter, received one share and her son, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Hasan Safih [the imbecile] two shares. According to a settlement, dated February 18, 1915, Kayvan Sultan transferred her share to her husband, the late Karbalayi Muhammad Ja‘far, the son of ‘Aziz Allah. After the death of Karbalayi Muhammad Ja‘far, his inheritors are his two wives, Kayvan Sultan and Baygum Hana’; his two daughters, Shams al-Nisa’, the wife of Karbalayi Haji Muhammad from Kazirun, and Khanum Rubab; and his three sons, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, Mirza Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Muhammad. Now, Karbalayi Muhammad Ja‘far’s inheritors and Haji Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi (the guardian of Shaykh Muhammad Hasan) are selling their shares to Shaykh Zia’ al-Din, the son of Shaykh Abu Turab, for seven hundred tumans. Kayvan Sultan has confirmed this transaction. At the same time, Shaykh Zia’ al-Din sells parts of this property to Shaykh Abu al-Khayr, the son of Shaykh Muhammad, for three hundred and fifty tumans.
