Settlement of a garden, 1930

On October 28, 1914 ‘Abd al-Razzaq from Shiraz transfers three sixths of a garden known as Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Qarib in Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz. According to a different agreement, on February 22, 1917, one third of the mentioned property [one sixth of the garden] was settled to Haji Asad Allah and Khanum Mah, the wife of Karbalayi Haji (Haji Haydar ‘Ali’s son). The inheritors of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim are his three wives, Haji Ruqiyah Sultan (the daughter of Karbalayi Qurban‘ali from Shiraz), Khanum Masha’ Allah (the daughter of Karbalayi Rajab‘ali from Qasr al-Dasht), and Fatimah Bibi (the daughter of Karbalayi Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz); his four daughters, Khanum Nawbar (Haji Qanbar ‘Ali’s wife), Bibi Zahra (Haji Ra‘i’s wife), Khanum Shari‘at (Karbalayi Husayn’s wife), and Khanum Rubab (Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad’s wife); and four sons, Zayn al-‘Abidin, Sha‘ban‘ali, Muhammad Hasan, and Murtaza. On June 29, 1927, the wives of Muhammad Ibrahim settled their shares of inheritance with his children. The current settlement, dated December 29, 1930 divides the mentioned property [three sixth of the garden] among the children of Muhammad Ibrahim, Haji Asad Allah, and Khanum Mah.
