Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah was the daughter of Taj al-Dawlah and Nasir al-Din Shah; her children, Dust Muhammad Khan and Fakhr al-Taj, are standing behind her. The man in the background is Jahangir Mirza, ʻIsmat al-Dawlah’s uncle.
