Legal documents of Khadijah Khanum
Legal documents belonging to Khadijah Khanum Mashhadiyah Khanum, daughter of Yusuf Laktarashani, and wife of Aqa Isma‘il, including: rental agreement of Khadijah Khanum’s property in the village of Laktarashan to Karbalayi Haydar Durabi, dated 1906; a settlement in which, Khadijah Khanum transfers her properties in Laktarashan to ‘Abbas Quli Khan Sarhaddar (Mir Panjah Ashrafi), dated July 10th, 1919. ‘Abbas Quli Khan’s son, Musa Khan Ashraf al-Mulk inherits these properties after his father’s death. This settlement is confirmed by several clergies.
