Settlement between Haji Muhammad ‘Ali and Mirza Mahdi, 1921

Settlement between Haji Muhammad ‘Ali, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Abd Allah from Shiraz, and Mirza Mahdi, son of Haji Abu al-Hasan Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, over the ownership of a specific house in the Sarbagh neighborhood of Shiraz for the duration of thirty-nine lunar months, for one hundred dinars and one charik [unit of weight] of wheat. Mirza Mahdi would be responsible for all the repairs and snow-shoveling during this period. The settlement has been confirmed and signed by: Hajiyah Sakinah Bibi (daughter of the late Haji Aqa Hufi), Khanum [illegible] (daughter of the late Haj Abu al-Qasim), Kishvar Sultan (daughter of the late Muhammad Khan [illegible] and wife of the late Karbalayi ‘Abd Allah), Khanum Rizvan, Khanum Khadijah, Khanum Tuba, and Khanum Habibah (daughters of the aforementioned late Karbalayi ‘Abd Allah).
