Decree issued by Muzaffar al-Din Shah granting the title of Saʻadat al-Saltanah to the wife of [ʻIsmail] ʻImad al-Mamalik based on Khazin Aqdas’s request. The decree has Muzaffar al-Din Shah’s seal.
