Sale agreement, 1926
Sale agreement over nine jaribs [unit of land] of land, located in Safi-abad plain, collectively owned by Aqa Muhammad Sadiq and Aqa Muhammad Baqir (children of the late ‘Ali Akbar [a farmer from Safi-abad]), Aqa ‘Ali Akbar (son of the late Aqa Husayn), and Aqa Shukr Allah (son of the late Ramizan‘ali), sold to Muhammad ‘Ali Baqqal [the grocer] (son of Haji Isma‘il Aqa, the grocer from Kashan). According to a note on the margin, the daughters of the late ‘Ali Akbar, Baygum Jan, Khan Jan Khanum, and Ma‘sumah Khatun, confirmed that their brothers, Muhammad Sadiq and Muhammad Baqir, represented them in this sale agreement and that they have received their shares.
