Settlement of Bibi Khanum Sahib (Sughra), the daughter of Haj Muhammad Kazim ‘Attar [the herbalist] Shirazi and the wife of Karbalayi Haj ‘Ali Shirazi, with Aqa Sayyid ‘Abd al-Riza ‘Attar, the son of Sayyid ‘Ali Akbar Shirazi, and Haj Muhammad Husayn ‘Attar, the son of Karbalayi Muhammad Ja‘far Bayg Shirazi, regarding the shares of a property, including the repair and decoration of an herbal shop at Qavam al-Mulk Bazaar, for ninety tumans. Mashhadi Asad Allah and Karbalayi Fath Allah, the sons of Karbalayi Haj ‘Ali Shirazi, have confirmed this settlement (August 4, 1908). On the margins: Haj Muhammad Husayn ‘Attar Shirazi, on behalf of Sayyid ‘Abd al-Riza ‘Attar, forgoing his rights, has sold all the properties mentioned to Karbalayi Asad Allah, the son of Aqa Sayyid ‘Ali Akbar Shirazi (March 27, 1909); Karbalayi Asad Allah ‘Attar, the son of Karabalayi Haj ‘Ali Shirazi, confirms the settlement of his mother, Khanum Sughra, the daughter of Haj Muhammad Kazim Shirazi, and states that all the ninety tumans, plus Karbalayi Zayn al-‘Abidin’s ten tumans, belong to his mother (November 29, 1909). Mashhadi Asad Allah and Karbalayi Fath Allah have stated that they have also received the ten-tuman cost of the equipment in the shop, which belonged to Karbalayi Zayn al-‘Abidin, the former tenant.
