Petition from people of Khiyav, with their seals, to Ayatollah Mirza Sadiq Mujtahid about their city’s need for a religious cleric. Since Hujjat al-Islam Mirza Abu al-Qasim from Mishkin declined their invitation, they are asking Mirza Sadiq Mujtahid to write to him and convince him to come to Khiyav.
