Settlement of Baygum Khanum and her husband, 1903
Includes three documents: 1- Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, gifts her mahr and dowry to her husband, Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Iskandar Khan Yavar known as Haji Khan, in exchange for a shawl and some crystal candy. She has also made him responsible for spending one-third of her belongings for religious obligations after her death; 2- Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Iskandar Khan Yavar known as Haji Khan transfers some parts of his property to his wife, Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, in exchange for a pair of socks and some crystal candy; 3- Baygum Khanum settles all the benefits and products of the properties mentioned above to her husband, Iskandar Khan, while he is alive; after his death they will belong to Baygum Khanum.
