Settlement regarding a house and garden from the properties of Amin al-Mamalik in the Surkhab neighborhood, including the andaruni, biruni, and deserted land that was jointly owned by his inheritors (whose shares have been recorded) and had not been divided. The property was in a state of ruin, so the co-owners made this settlement: Mirza Faraj Allah Mushir al-Hukama’, the son of Amin al-Mamalik, on behalf of himself and Mirza Mustafa ‘Ala’ al-Sultan, the son of Amin al-Mamalik, transfers all of their shares of the andaruni to his step-mother, Shafa Khanum, his two brothers, Mirza Taqi Khan and Mirza Isma‘il Khan, and his sister, Zarrin Taj Khanum, the wife of Hasan Aqa. Also, Mushir al-Hukama’ and ‘Ala’ al-Sultan, bought the others’ share of biruni and the piece of land in exchange for 160 tumans. In this settlement, Mushir Al-Hukama’ represented Mirza Taqi Khan, his sister, and her mother and Aqa Mirza Yusuf represented Mirza Isma‘il Khan.

Settlement regarding the division of Amin al-Mamalik’s properties in Surkhab neighborhood among the inheritors, according to which the inheritors should pay one hundred sixty tumans for the andaruni to Mushir al-Hukama’ and his partner, who own the biruni and the deserted land. Everyone other than Shafa Khanum, the mother of the other inheritors, still need to pay their shares.
