Settlements of Hajiyah Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn Sar Rishtah Dar [the paymaster], with Mirza Abu Turab Khan ‘Amid Lashkar, the son of Mirza Fath Allah Khan Sar Rishtah Dar [the paymaster]: 1- parts of the village of Zaviyah in exchange for seventy-nine tumans and two thousand and five hundred dinars (February 5, 1915); 2- a settlement, with a revocation clause for thirty years, for all her belongings, including pack animals, household furnishings, women’s clothing, gold, cash, and grain in exchange for fifteen nabats [crystal candy], provided that Mirza Abu Turab Khan fulfills the following after Hajiyah Baygum’s death: transfer of her corpse to Najaf, thirty years of prayers and fasts, Ta‘ziyah, the payment of any debts and some payments to Rahim Khan, the son of Haji ‘Abd Allah Khan, and Sadiq Khan, his son, dated: March, 30, 1915; 3- some properties in the villages of Chibni (Hashtrud district), and Aqdagh Sufla, Danqiran, and Bayazid (Chahar Uymaq district) in exchange for some worsted (wool yarn) worth of three tumans. The buyer then leaves the properties for the seller to benefit from the revenues during her lifetime. Dated March, 30, 1915.
