Settlements concerning the properties inherited from Iskandar Khan: Haj Mir Aqa on behalf of his wife [Taj Amal Khanum] (Iskandar Khan’s sister), Habib Allah Khan Sultan (Iskandar Khan’s brother) and Hajiyah Baygum Khanum (the daughter of ‘Abd al-Husayn Sar Rishtah Dar [the paymaster] and wife of Iskandar Khan): 1- Haj Mir Aqa (on behalf of his wife) and Habib Allah Khan Sultan transfers one-eighth of the Bayazid and Danqiran villages to Hajiyah Baygum Khanum in exchange for one hundred and twenty five tumans; 2- Haj Mir Aqa (on behalf of his wife) and Habib Allah Khan Sultan transfer part of Aqdagh-i Sufla to Hajiyah Baygum Khanum in exchange for one hundred and three tumans and one thousand, two hundred and fifty dinars; 3- Hajiyah Khanum pays what she has been holding from Iskandar Khan’s inheritance to Habib Allah Khan Sultan; 4- settlement between Hajiyah Khanum and Habib Allah Khan Sultan regarding the property Haji Iskandar Khan rented from Haji Faraj Aqa. After harvesting the crops, Habib Allah Khan keeps the grain allocated as Faraj Aqa’s rent. The remaining, minus the workers’ wages, should be divided between the two. ‘Amid Lashkar has confirmed this agreement on behalf of Hajiyah Khanum.
