Settlement between Haji Iskandar Khan and ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan's children, 1909
1 and 2- Two settlements between Riza Quli Khan (the eldest son of ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan), Nur Muhammad Khan (on behalf of his daughter-in-law, Munavvar Khanum, daughter of ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan), and the signatories as representatives of Aqa Hujjat al-Islam the guardian of the underage children of ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan (Muhammad Khan known as Buyuk Khan and ‘Ali Akbar Khan), and Haji Iskandar Khan the Colonel, for the ‘Assar Khanah [mill] in Chibni village in the Hashtrud district for three hundred and fifty tumans and some other properties in the same village for one thousand tumans. On the margins, Fatimah Baygum Khanum (the mother of Iskandar Khan) and Riza Quli Khan (the son of ‘Izzat Allah Sultan) have approved this transaction; 3- Some of ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan’s properties in Chibni village had been sold, with a revocation clause, to Haji Balachah Khan. Although the revocation period had ended and Haji Balachah Khan is now the owner of the properties, considering the benefits of the underage children of the late ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan, he agreed to transfer part of the above properties to the inheritors, Munavvar Khanum, Riza Quli Khan, Buyuk Khan and ‘Ali Akbar Khan. They, in turn, transferred the property to Haji Khan the Colonel. On the margin, it is noted that the properties in fact belonged to Siqat al-Islam and Haji Khan was acting on his behalf.
