The writer suggests sowing the piece of land in the Sis village instead of building a house and discusses: sending flour, sowing barley, distributing wheat among the peasants, hiring a new gardener for the village of Yangajah, the stipends for the stewards and other workers, the issue about Hamzah, the petition by Turkman peasants and helping the poor, the delivery of the flour and the situation with Haji ‘Ali Ghulamluyi, the peasants’ requests for wheat, and the request by the writer’s brother, Najafquli.
