Karbalayi Hasan, the son of Mashhadi Habib Allah, leases a property (house and garden), located in the Shuturban neighborhood, to Fatimah Khanum for fifteen lunar years in exchange for one tuman. The minor costs would be the tenant’s responsibility and the owner has the right of revocation.
