1- Rubab Khanum, Halimah Khanum, and Kulsum Khanum, the daughters of Mashhadi Isma‘il Aqa, give the power of attorney regarding the division of two pieces of farmland inherited from their father in Kajvar village to Mashhadi Husayn, the son of the late Karbalayi Faraj (November 28, 1926); 2- settlement among the inheritors of Mashhadi Isma‘il, his four daughters and one son, regarding two pieces of land: Karbalayi Husayn (on behalf of Rubab Khanum, Halimah Khanum, and Kulsum Khanum) and Mashhadi Mahmud Siraj (on behalf of Khadijah Khanum) have settled with Aqa Mashhadi Muhammad Sadiq (their cousin), representing Mahmud (Mashhadi Isma‘il’s son), so that the share of the daughters from the first piece of land goes to their brother, Mahmud, while the four sisters get the full ownership of the second piece of land (December 1, 1926).
