These documents include: 1-Haji Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali leases his agricultural land to Aqa Mashhadi Nasir, the son of the late Karbalayi Isma‘il, for eight hundred and seventy tumans. The contract covers three winter and three summer crops (over three years). On the back, Fakhir al-Saltanah settles some agricultural property and water rights with Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad Muhazzab al-Dawlah for four thousand tumans. Khanum ‘Aliyah, Fakhir al-Saltanah’s wife, and her mother, Tal‘at al-Dawlah, have confirmed this settlement, dated July 23, 1905. 2-Mirza Muhammad Riza Khan Fakhir al-Saltanah, the son of Mirza Hisam al-Din known as Haji Mushar al-Dawlah, leases winter and summer crops for three years to Karbalayi ‘Abbas, the son of the late Mashhadi Akbar, and Mashhadi Nasr Allah, the son of Mashhadi Isma‘il, for seven hundred and eighty tumans a year. Mirza Muhammad Riza Khan Fakhir al-Saltanah then transfers this amount to Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad known as Muhazzab al-Dawlah, the son of Haj Mirza Hasan. Khanum ‘Aliyah has confirmed this transaction, dated October 28, 1915. 3-Mirza Riza Khan known as Fakhir al-Saltanah, the son of Haji Mirza Hisam al-Din known as Haji Mushar al-Dawlah, has settled three winter and three summer crops for seven hundred and eighty tumans a year with Karbalayi ‘Abbas, the son of the late Mashhadi Akbar, and Mashhadi Nasir, the son of Mashhadi Isma‘il; he has then settled that amount with Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad known as Haji Muhazzab al-Dawlah; in the presence and with confirmation of his wife, Khanum ‘Aliyah, the daughter of Haj Mirza ‘Ali Muhazzab al-Dawlah, Fakhir al-Saltanah has sold the property for four thousand tumans, dated October 28, 1915.
