Settlement, 1884
In September 1880, Mulla Muhammad Hadi, the son of Aqa Muhammad Mahdi, with his two brothers, Muhammad Riza Bayg and ‘Abd al-Majid, and his wife, Bibi Qamar al-Sultan, acting as witnesses, knowingly sells properties to Haji Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of Mulla Fazl‘ali, below market price. Subsequently, there is a dispute over the extent of price differential and other verbally agreed upon conditions. After much negotiation, the parties reach a settlement on 28 September 1884.
