The document reads, in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled his property in Sarshur district to his two underage sons, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Until thirty years from the date of this document, the benefits of the settled property are for Haji Mulla Husayn. When he dies and the underage children come of age, with the knowledge of their mother, who will oversee the execution of the will, they have to pay 200 tumans of the benefit as Khums [religious tithe] over the course of four years, paying 50 tumans each years. [On margin:] After four years of paying Khums, for ten years they have to give 100 mans of grain for some religious duties. November 14, 1884.
