Love letter, unidentified writer and addressee: “My dearest, I received your letter when we were in Mariyanaj for almost a month and you were missed so much. I looked at your picture every day and missed the time that we were together. … I will pray to be re-united with you again because I have no one but you and now that you are gone I pray that you come back to me so that we can have pleasurable time together in my modest abode. I hope you have found companionship on your way from Tehran. I pray for all your companions, especially for ʻIsa Bayg. Kiss his eyes for me. Muhammad sends greetings.”
