  Fatimah Sultan was the wet-nurse of Nazi, the daughter of Shams Iran (daughter of Masirrat al-Saltanah). After Masirrat al-Saltanah was diagnosed with cancer, she moved to Shams Iran’s house and Fatimah helped in taking care of her.
