Property settlement of Agha Baygum, daughter of Ja‘far Quli Khan Navayi, and wife of Mirza Muhammad Mahdi Ashrafi, with her sons, ‘Abbas Quli Khan [Mir Panjah Ashrafi] and Husayn Quli Khan, regarding a property that had been passed from Hajiyah Maryam Baygum Khanum, grandmother of Agha Baygum. Another note on the top margin is dated 1907.
