Yahya Dawlatshahi gave this painting as a gift to his sister, Farah al-Saltanah, wife of Shaykh al-Islam Qavzin. He took it back when he discovered she had folded it to use as a pad for hot pots and pans. This made the crease in the middle of the painting.
