Daughters of Saʻid al-Mulk to Nasir al-Din Shah and Anis al-Dawlah, [late 19th century]
The item consists of two letters enclosed in the same envelope and written by Khanum Shahzadah (Khvurshid Taj) and Amirzadah Khanum (Qamar Taj), daughters of Saʻid al-Mulk, to Anis al-Dawlah and Nasir al-Din Shah. Through the mediation of Anis al-Dawlah, favorite wife of Nasir al-Din Shah, they petition Nasir al-Din Shah to bestow their father’s title on Mirza Salih Khan Muʻtamad Divan.
