‘Abbas Najmabadi

b. 2 July 1911 Tehran

d. 26 October 1986 Cambridge

‘Abbas Najmabadi, the son of Nur al-Huda Najmabadi and Shaykh Husayn Najmabdi, was born on July 2, 1911. He married Farkhondeh Sohraby on January 14, 1942. Their children are: Farinaz, who was born in 1943 and died in childhood, Farzaneh, who was born in 1944, Afsaneh, who was born in 1946, and Fazl Allah, who was born around 1954 and died when he was 9 months old. Mansurah Buluri was his second wife and their daughter is named Mina. ‘Abbas Najmabadi died on October 26, 1986.
