Ruqiyah Khanum (Amirzadah Khanum), known as Khanum Amir Mu‘izzi, was the daughter of Navvabah Khanum and Mirza Hasan Vazir Navvab; she married her cousin, Mahdiquli Mirza (Basir Khaqan). Their children were: Bihjat al-Muluk, Ibrahim Mirza, Mahmud Mirza, and Bahman Mirza.
