Nusrat Muhtadi, known as Akram Khanum, was the daughter of Hajiyah Khanum Muhtadi and Mirza Abu al-Qasim Yazdi. Her first husband was Jalal Bahrayni, but they divorced and she married ʻAli Mirbaghdadabadi, with whom she had four children: Faridah, Farshidah, Farhad, and Farrukh.
