Rutab Mumtaz
Wife of Ibrahim Mumtaz; children: Tayyibah, Maqbulah, Tajmah, ‘Ishrat, ‘Izzat Allah, Hasan, and Asad Allah, who died in childhood. She was an avid reader and salvaged a number of manuscripts from a vegetable vendor to whom people sold their books.
