Second wife of Husayn‘ali Khan Sardar Afshar; mother of Bihjat al-Saltanah and ‘Iffat Khanum; Kawkab al-Saltanah was the oldest sister of Muchul Khanum (the first wife of Husayn‘ali Khan), who had three children from her first husband. She married Husayn‘ali Khan after her sister's death.
