Salar Fazl Allah Pahlavi-nizhad was the second husband of Fakhr Iran (daughter of Taj al-Saltanah and Shujaʻ al-Saltanah) and their children are Sirus and Kiyandukht (Kuku). He was the paternal cousin of Riza Shah.
