Mah Talʻat known as Talʻat al-Dawlah Diba (Muʻazzam al-Dawlah) was the fourth child of Munazzah al-Dawlah and Mukarram al-Dawlah. Muzaffar al-Din Shah gave her the title of Talʻat al-Dawlah.
