Mah Sima Muʻini was the last child of Gawhar Malik Kaykavusi (Munazzah al-Dawlah) and Mukarram al-Dawlah. She married ‘Abd al-Majid Ghaffari (son of Nush Afarin Khanum and ‘Abd al-Hamid Khan Ghaffari), with whom she had the following children: Mehrdad (the owner of Mehrdad Ghaffari Collection), Farhad, Bahram, Faridun, and Bahman.
