Shahpur Mukhtari
Son of Fazl Allah Lava’ al-Mulk and nephew of Rukn al-Din Mukhtari, Brigadier General. He was one of the first graduates of the Constabulary Officers' Academy (graduated in 1914). He was the head of the Fars Constabulary Office (1933-1935/1936), the last head of the Gilan Constabulary Office in the Riza Shah era, and, during the Muhammad Riza Pahlavi era, was the head of both the General Constabulary Office and the Isfahan Constabulary Office and the chief of the Tehran Police. He retired with the title of Brigadier General.
