Correspondence regarding Muluk Khanum's complaint, 1916

Regarding the complaint by Muluk Khanum (a national of Russia), daughter of Fatimah Khanum and Mirza Ibrahim Khan Amin al-Vizarah, and wife of Bahadur Bayg from Qarab Bagh, against Haji ‘Abd Allah Khan, her mother’s uncle, over Amin al-Vizarah’s share of the property owned by the late Ustad ‘Abd Allah (Fatimah Khanum’s father). Documents include Muluk Khanum’s petition; correspondence between the Russian Consulate in Tehran and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Muluk Khanum’s power of attorney to Amin al-Shari‘ah from Taliqan; court subpoenas and reports; an inquiry to verify the sale of Fatimah Khanum and her sisters’ shares to Haji ‘Abd Allah Khan; and a copy of [Ustad] ‘Abd Allah’s power of attorney to Mirza Ibrahim Amin al-Vizarah authorizing construction on his share of the land.
