Settlement of inheritance from Zayn al-‘Abidin's wife, 1914
Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan on behalf of himself and his seven children, sells one-fourth of the properties in Sar Bizhan, Kirman, to Salar Nusrat Ghulamhusayn Khan for one thousand and one hundred and eighty tumans and some wheat. Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan’s wife and her sister, wife of Hasan ‘Ali Khan, had inherited half of the Sar Bizhan properties from their late father, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, which were divided equally between the two. The share of the late wife of Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan was inherited by her husband and seven children: four daughters (wives of Mirza Hasan Khan, Khan Baba Khan, Riza Quli Mirza, and Muhammad Kazim) and three sons: Mirza Mahdi Khan, Hasan Khan, and Husayn Khan.
