Power of attorney to resolve disputes, 1912
Power of attorney given by Mirza Muhammad Husayn and Khanum Agha (children of the late Karbalayi Muhammad Baqir Malaki-duz [the shoe maker]), Agha Baygum (daughter of the late Haji Mirza Hadi Ghali-furush [َQali-furush, the rug seller]), and Bibi Husni Jan Khanum (wife of the late Haji Muhammad Sadiq Malaki-duz and daughter of the late Karbalayi Ramazan ‘Ali from Shiraz), to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to resolve any disputes between them and Bibi Gawhar Sultan (daughter of the late Karbalayi Muhammad Hasan from Fasa’) and to discontinue the arguments.
