Power of attorney to resolve a dispute over two shops, 1925
Power of attorney given by Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar Shatir [the baker], ‘Ali Aqa, and Khalil Allah (sons of Karbalayi Muhammad Hasan Khabbaz [the baker] from Shiraz), to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin Saham al-Shari‘ah, in order to resolve the dispute over two stores (one grocery store and one tailor shop) located at Sayyid Haji Gharib’s shrine, with: Mirza Muhammad Hasan, Mirza Mahmud Aqa Bashi, Muhammad Kazim, and ‘Abd al-Rasul (inheritors of the late Haji Muhammad Sadiq ‘Allaf [the forage seller]), Haj Muhammad Mahdi, Aqa Abu al-Qasim, and Aqa Mustafa (sons of the late Haji Muhammad Riza ‘Allaf), and Khanum Sultan.
