Court call for Sayyid ‘Ali Akbar and Sayyid ‘Ali Asghar, the sons of Mirza Muhammad Ibrahim Simsar [the junk dealer] from Shiraz, based on the request made by Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, who is the lawyer of Haji Mahmud Tajir ‘Abaduz [the merchant and tailor of ‘aba], son of Mulla ‘Abd Allah from Shiraz, in order to resolve the dispute about inheritance left from the late Ruqiyyah Baygum, wife of Haji Mahmud Tajir ‘Abaduz, who is Mirza Muhammad Ibrahim Simsar’s sister.
