Power of attorney to get share of inheritance, 1906
Power of attorney given by Fatimah Bibi, daughter of the late Mashhadi Qurban ‘Ali and wife of Karbalayi Zayn al-‘Abidin Zari‘ [the farmer] from Shiraz, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to get her father’s properties held by Khadijah Baygum, daughter of Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Muhammad Hasan and wife of the late Mashhadi Qurban ‘Ali and to get back four-sixths of a house in Lab-i Ab neighborhood of Shiraz from Khadijah Baygum, which Fatimah Bibi inherited from her father. The power of attorney will last for six months from the date of this contract, September 11, 1906.
