Settlement between Sakinah Khanum and her son, 1822
Settlement, dated January 11, 1822, between Sakinah Khanum, known as Bibi Khanum, daughter of Muhammad Khuzani, and Sayyid Ibrahim, her son from Mir ‘Ali Naqi, exchanging two-thirds of a house in Shams Abad district of Khuzan village for twelve tumans, the one-hundred dinar fee and some wheat for the detriment clause. On verso: on April 13, 1833, Sayyid Ibrahim and his wife Baygum Buzurg, daughter of Sayyid Mir Taqi, settled two-thirds of ‘Ali Naqi’s house as well as other properties with Muhammad Fazil, son of Muhammad Husayni. On margin: in a separate document dated May 14, 1839, two-thirds of the house attached to Muhammad Fazil’s property, previously transferred to his son ‘Ali, was settled with Muhammad Riza, son of the late ‘Ali.
