Settlements of an orchard, 1815 to 1835
On December 6, 1815, Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Musa and wife of Karbalayi Sadiq, sold an orchard located in Shaykh Abad farm to Karbalayi Isma‘il, son of Karbalayi Qasim, and ‘Ali ‘Askar, son of Muhammad Nasir from Mubarakah, in exchange for twenty tumans. Then, Aqa Kazim, Aqa Qasim, Aqa ‘Ali, and Aqa Baqir, sons of Karbalayi Sadiq, transferred two bath buildings located in the same orchard, to the mentioned buyers for two tumans. On January 4, 1816, Karbalayi Isma‘il sold half of the orchard for sixteen tumans and five thousand dinars and half of the bath buildings for one tuman and two thousand dinars to ‘Ali Asghar. On verso, dated January 4, 1816: ‘Ali Asghar, son of Nasir, transferred the orchard and the bath buildings to his brothers, Muhammad ‘Ali and Baqir, for thirty-eight tumans. On March 11, 1816, Muhammad ‘Ali and Baqir sold this property to Karbalayi Safar ‘Ali, son of the late Asghar from Mubarakah, for thirty tumans. On September 16, 1835, Muhammad, Husayn, Hasan, Baygum, and Khadijah, children of the late Haji Safar ‘Ali, sold the orchard to Safar ‘Ali, son of the late ‘Abd Allah from Fakhrabad for sixty five tumans.
