Settlement, 1884
Haji Muhammad Baqir, son of the late Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, settled a piece of land and a garden with Muhammad Karim Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya, Haji Muhammad ʻAli, son of Haji Muhammad Tahir, and Muhammad Ibrahim after giving the share of Muhammad Ibrahim’s wife, according to their marriage contract. Based on the current settlement, the above property is being transferred to Haji Muhammad Baqir’s sons, Muhammad Ibrahim and ʻAli Akbar in exchange for one hundred and eighty tumans.
